Can you collect me from my cruise ship?

Yes, we can pick you up directly from the cruise ship.

My ship says I have to take a shuttle into the city. What should I do?

Please ignore this information. Every port is different. We have access to the dock and meet our guests there.

Where should I meet my guide?

When you disembark, make your way to the last shipping container, which is located next to the private tour parking area. This is where your guide will be waiting holding a signboard with your name on it.

At the end of my tour, can I stay in the city?

Yes, we can drop you off in the city. We can take you back to your vessel or drop you off in town.

I have plans in the morning. Can I still do a tour?

Yes, we have daily morning and afternoon departures.

Do I have to be collected from the cruise ship?

For morning tours, pick up directly from the cruise ship is a lot easier for both parties. Afternoon departures often meet us in town as you may likely explore town already by yourself prior.

I want to join an afternoon tour, but I'm worried about getting back to the ship on time.

Don't worry, we have you covered. Our departure times are designed around your ships port times. We guarantee timely drop-off's to any cruise.

Where should I meet my guide?

Is this tour wheelchair accessible?

Unfortunately, our vehicles are not equipped to carry wheelchairs or mobility scooters. Some small foldable walkers can be accommodated.

What fitness is required?

This tour is designed for every fitness level. Take seat in our modern, air-conditioned mini-busses.

What happens if my ship is delayed or the Wellington stop cancelled by the captain?

If your ship is delayed, we will do everything we can to still accommodate your tour. Either a delayed start time or transfer to the afternoon departure will be offered, if possible.
